Almost every one of our competitors will tell you that they will “get you your money in the fastest time permitted by law.”

But what does that really mean?

Nothing.  It means that they will try to fund you as fast as they can, but that the court may not approve your order fast enough or that they have to wait for an insurance carrier to acknowledge the assignment or that they just did not find financing fast enough to back the deal up.

Not with Catalina Structured Funding.  At CSF, we will provide you within 24 hours of receipt of your signed contract a GUARANTEED funding date, not just an estimate.  If we fail to meet the GUARANTEED FUNDING DATE, we will pay you a penalty of $1,000.00.

It does not matter that the court has not signed or returned the order yet.  It does not matter that an insurance carrier has not completed their paperwork yet to transfer the payments to us or our assignees.  We will take that risk.  Even if the transfer cannot close and does not fund, our Guaranty still applies.

That’s right!  If we do not meet our promise to you, then you get $1,000.00.  That is how confident we are in what we do and how fast we can get it done.
