Anyone can confirm this by comparing that website against the archived copy of our homepage (opens in a new tab) that predates that site's first appearance in the Internet Archive.
That website is not affiliated with Catalina Structured Funding. Where its text overlaps with ours, this site is the original source. We have preserved the evidence and are pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels.
